I want you to love your print. If you’re not satisfied, I offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • The buyer covers return shipping costs.
  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your item arrives damaged, I’ll replace it. Please contact me at [email protected] before returning it.

Refund Process

  • Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within one week via the original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  • Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.
  • If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email me at [email protected].

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, I’ll replace it. Before sending it back, please contact me at [email protected].

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as I can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
