I want you to love your print. If you’re not satisfied, I offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your item (first day counts as the day you received the item, based on shipment tracking information).
Returns & Refunds
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- The buyer covers return shipping costs.
- Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If your item arrives damaged, I’ll replace it. Please contact me at [email protected] before returning it.

Refund Process
- Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within one week via the original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, email me at [email protected].
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, I’ll replace it. Before sending it back, please contact me at [email protected].
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as I can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Below are approximate delivery timeframes for standard postal shipping routes. Timeframes vary by destination and courier.
- UK → UK: 2–3 business days
- EU → EU: 5–7 business days
- US → US: 4–6 business days
- Australia → Australia: 2–5 business days
- Australia → New Zealand: 7–10 business days
- UK / EU → Rest of the world: 10–15 business days
Please note that shipping times are separate from production time, which typically takes up to 4 business days. When estimating delivery dates, allow for both production and shipping.
I cover the shipping costs, and each print is shipped from the closest professional print lab in EU, US, UK, or Australia. Any customs charges, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
